Job Description
- Daily check software cash balance with cashier cash report
- Daily entry in software as per chart of account for cash & bank payment and receipt.
- Monitoring and managing accounts and billing, and following up with any customer with outstanding payments.
- Prepare and Assist with compliances and taxes and deal with customers to issue KaThaKha-FORM-31.
- Prepare and record fixed asset register
- Liaise with the internal and external Departments
- Other tasks and duties as directed by Management.
Job Requirements
- B.Com , LCCI Level III-UK
- Age 25 to 30
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role and experience in winning new business (FMCG, Import Trading).
- Good Microsoft office skill or experience with Accounting Software
- Ability to work well with others, network and build relationships and to have a strong impact on performance within the organization
- Good personality & Communication , a positive working attitude, hands —on and hard- working
