Job Responsibilities

Operational Excellence:
   - Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the efficient functioning of all restaurants within the chain.
   - Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
   - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all locations.
Financial Management:
   - Manage and optimize restaurant budgets, including cost control, revenue growth, and profit margins.
   - Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
   - Analyze financial reports and take proactive measures to address variances.
Franchise Management:
   - Oversee franchise relationships and agreements, ensuring adherence to brand standards.   - Expand the brand through franchise development, strategic partnerships, and new store openings.
Supply Chain and Inventory Management:
   - Manage the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, and distribution.
   - Maintain efficient inventory levels and minimize waste while ensuring product availability.
Team Leadership and Development:
   - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.
   - Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
   - Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.
Market Expansion:
   - Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute growth strategies.
   - Identify new market opportunities and oversee market research to support expansion plans

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Age:
- Age must be under 45 years.
Experience:
   - Proven track record of at least 5 years in restaurant operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role.
   - Experience in scaling and managing a chain of restaurants or similar multi-location business.
Strategic Leadership:
   - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
   - Ability to align operational efforts with the company's overall vision and goals.
Financial Acumen:
   - Solid financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.
   - Experience in driving profitability and managing costs.
Franchise Expertise:
   - Familiarity with franchise operations and agreements.
   - Proven success in expanding a brand through franchising.
Team Management:
   - Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
   - Experience in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams.
Industry Knowledge:
   - In-depth knowledge of the restaurant industry, including trends and best practices.
   - Familiarity with food safety and regulatory requirements.
Communication Skills:
   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   - Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Adaptability:
   - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
   - Willingness to travel as needed.
