Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

• To support and distribute timely procurement of stationery, office equipment and other business equipment to the necessary areas.

• Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for internal departments, and arrange travel and accommodation when necessary.

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services, and negotiate favorable terms when applicable.

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and generating reports to support inventory control.

• To report office equipment damage to your superior and connect with the relevant departments so that it can be prepared and reused in time.

• To cooperate and assist in matters directed by superiors according to business needs.

Job Requirements

1. Any graduate.

2. Bring minimum 1 year of valuable experience as per the job title.

3. Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Applications.

4. Must have good interpersonal skills and be interested in cooperating with other departments.

5. Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration will be preferred.
