Job Description

·       Check daily fuel usage and consumption

·       Check & supervise the daily operation of securities and cleaners

·       To check & verify daily admin expenses

·       To handle office miscellaneous supply to be enough and in time.

·       Perform vehicle license extension of office – cars

·       To make sure all insurances related to office vehicles and buildings are to be finished within time line.

·       Make sure all payments and government bills are to be done before deadline.

·       To check and arrange stationery purchase and issues for office uses

·       Arrange for maintaining and repairing office assets in a timely manne

·       Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office equipment and services.

·       To make sure all Government license or renewal documents are to be finish within the time line (Conduct the Company License extension process, showroom permit, advertising etc.

·       To prepare all contracts related to admin

·       Check and investigate the vehicle’s errors and to perform repairing in specified workshop

·       Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office equipment and services (copier, printers & computers etc.)

·       Make Contract, monthly payment and running process for rent car

·       To register the fixed assets

·       Perform any other duties as assigned by HR & Admin Manager

Job Requirements

·       Any Graduated. Prefer related diploma or certificate in Administration

·       1-2 years experiences as supervisor role in admin field

·       Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and stakeholders.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

·       Ability to identify problems, analyze situations, and make sound decisions.

·       Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office management software.

·       Understanding of administrative processes, office management principles, and relevant regulations.
