Job Description

  • Manage and monitor the implementation progresses.
  • Sales focus plans, daily operational schedule, records and reports.
  • Coordinate with potential and existing outlets.
  • Supervise daily results of operation planning and ensure the plans in the right tracks.
  • Direct the supervisors and sales team in day to day operation.
  • Ensure the team is operating with the company's disciplinaries and policies.
  • Prepare sales promotional idea proposals and timely market visits. 
  • Corporate with supervisors to achieve daily sales planning, monthly, weekly sales targets and KPI.
  • Set up daily sales order delivery plans or roasters for the sales team and supervisors.
  • Keep tracking the inventory of sales tools and assets of sale operation.
  • Other related additional tasks. 

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate (MBA prefer) with related diplomas. 
  • At least 4 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and operation managing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good English Skills.
