Job Description
· Plan and coordinate import requirements requested by all departments and units, including product specifications, quality standards, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines, to support business targets.
· Manage and follow up on documentation and approval processes with relevant government authorities, including MIC, FDA, IHC, Trade & Customs Departments, Ports, and Airports, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
· Coordinate airport customs clearance processes for regulated import items, ensuring compliance with customs, biosecurity, and relevant regulatory requirements.
· Request, review, and verify quotations, invoices, and shipping documents from suppliers, and ensure timely and accurate payment processing to Annona and other shipping partners.
· Maintain complete and accurate import, shipping, and financial records in line with company policies and accounting procedures.
· Supervise, guide, and manage the team, including work scheduling, document processing, issuing shipping instructions, and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
· Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the trading field.
· Strong knowledge of import regulations, instructions, policies, and procedures, with the ability to apply them effectively in operations.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills, particularly with government departments and regulatory authorities.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and effectively handle operational challenges.
· Proficient in English, both oral and written
· Strong computer literacy, including MS Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
