Job Description

·       Water treatment and sewage treatment plants associate engineer (Chemical) job descriptions.

·       Perform regular maintenance inspection and calibration of laboratory instruments and machines as per the plan schedule.

·       Conduct daily routine process control and monitoring water treatment and sewage treatment process quality.

·       Conduct water analysis with the team for daily,  monthly and yearly analysis schedule.

·       Conduct monthly inventory of operation and lab chemicals and laboratory spare parts, and report to the team leader.

·       Conduct annual routine sampling and analysis of surface water and dehydrator sludge for environmental requirements.

·       Perform weekly inspections of internal regulations on site for locators and report to the team leader.

·       Prepare and submit purchasing request for laboratory requirements and report to the team leader.

·       Prepare and submit purchasing requisition for calibration services , disposal and anlysis services.

·       Perform update and report to section leader for laboratory equipment work instructions and flowcharts

·       Prepare and submit monthly summary reports of laboratory water analysis.
