Job Description

· Water treatment and sewage treatment plants associate engineer (Mechanical) job descriptions perform regular maintenance inspection and calibration of online sensors and equipment in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule

· Review and submit daily routine maintenance work report to the AM monitoring and follow up

· Conduct and review daily and monthly spare part inventory and report the status to the AM.

· Conduct inspection of abnormal water meter condition and locator internal regulation and prepare and submit inspection report to the AM.

· Perform internal breakdown maintenance and coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance requirements.

· Prepare and submit purchase requests for machinery , equipment tools and spare parts as required and report to the team head.

· Prepare and submit annual calibration service requisitions for relevant instrument and equipment. Update and report the AM regarding machinery and tool work instruction SOPs and maintenance process flowcharts.

· Maintain effectively cooperation and coordination with the operation (water team) and other relevant department to ensure smooth and reliable plant operation.

· Prepare and submit monthly maintenance summary report, completed work and breakdown , preventive maintenance activities.
