Job Description

·       Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams in the telecom sector

·       Support development of commercial strategies aligned with company growth objectives

·       Assist in structuring business proposals, partnerships, and client engagement strategies

·       Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer trend analysis

·       Work closely with the COO Office team (Commercial & Legal) to ensure aligned execution of strategic initiatives

·       Support cross-functional coordination across sales, operations, finance, and technical team

·       Participate in internal planning discussions and track progress of key business initiatives

·       Assist in translating strategic direction into clear execution plans across departments

·       Prepare client proposals, presentations, and business documentation

·       Assist in identifying and approaching potential clients, partners, and enterprise account

·       Support sales pipeline development and opportunity tracking

·       Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal delivery capabilities

·       Review sales performance, operational data, and financial metrics

·       Support preparation of management reports and business insights

·       Analyse key telecom KPIs (e.g. ARPU, churn, subscriber growth, pricing trends)

·       Provide actionable insights to support decision-making by Hong Kong management and COO

·       Act as a coordination point between Hong Kong management and Myanmar team

·       Attend internal and external meetings, supporting communication, translation, and follow-up

·       Ensure clarity, alignment, and timely execution of decisions across both office

·       Support ongoing business development initiatives and operational task

·       Assist in internal communication and documentation across team

·       Take initiative in handling ad-hoc assignments from Hong Kong management
