Job Description

·       Conduct market research and analyze property & real estate trends and opportunities

·       Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships

·       Evaluate land acquisition and project feasibility (including site visits)

·       Build financial models (NPV, IRR, ROI) and perform investment analysis

·       Lead project planning and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders

·       Manage negotiations, deal structuring, and partner selection

·       Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

·       Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and presentations

·       Liaise with government authorities and financial institutions

·       Attend the company at meetings, networking events, and seminars
