Job Description

v  Calculate and control budget and cost

v  Set up full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts

v  Set up internal control related with documents such as journal , authorization and supervision

v  Assist to set up warehouse format relating with stock in and stock out by using excel

v  Monthly checking cash book with supporting documents that are debit vouchers , credit vouchers and journal vouchers

v  Perform cash flow forecasting weekly and monthly

v  Weekly reconciliation statement for all cash

v  Set up system to check ground inventories on a regular basis

v  Conduct interviews and recruit team members when required

v  Calculate production cost /egg

v  Train junior to ensure work is complete on time

v  Establish budget and fixed asset value
