Job Description
· Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule covering design, authority approvals, procurement, construction, and handover.
· Coordinate design deliverables and ensure alignment with construction sequencing and milestone dates.
· Prepare detailed baseline programmes and integrate methodology, logistics, and phasing plans.
· Monitor design and construction progress, update schedules, and perform critical path and variance analysis.
· Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation or recovery strategies.
· Integrate procurement timelines, long-lead items, and subcontractor programmes into the master schedule.
· Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
· Support delay analysis, EoT claims, and scenario planning as required.

Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Manager/project planning manager, including significant experience in mixed-use developments (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, podiums, parking, public realm).
· Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory); MS Project and 4D planning experience preferred.
· Strong understanding of design workflows, authority approvals, procurement interfaces, and construction methodologies.
