Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for organizing the documents to prepare a monthly report in a timely manner.
- Communicate and follow up on the assigned task of CC and prepare the document with sufficient information such as payments, contracts, and documentation process monthly.
- Operate and Supervise “Pride Tour” for (Internal and external) visitors to promote the interest of the customers & to promote corporate brand identity and other programs.
- Execute and support CC Assistant Manager by tracking and following up on the assigned tasks & jobs of the CC section.
- Report to CCAM for the Management to get the overview of the effective strategy development.
Job Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree. (Bachelor’s in art/Journalism/Media & Communication/Business Development are preferable).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service with a food beverage service background.
- Advanced level of Media and computer using skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
- Graphic Design will be plus) and English literacy.
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Public Relations/ Presentations
