Job Description

Customer Support

·       Accepting and answering by email or phone for customer inquiries

·       Sending the updating the shipment status to the customers

·       Requesting the shipment information and the documentation from the customers

Tellemaking

·       Introduction by the phone about the goods and services to the customers

·       Checking the sales leads

·       Arranging the appointments

·       Explaining and presenting about the company’s products and services

·       Answering the customers’ questions

·       Searching and Collecting the potential clients for the current and future

·       Updating the customers’ databases

·       Transferring the qualified leads to sales teams

·       Follow up and contacting the previous customers

·       Discussing if the customers will be interested about our company’s products and services.

·       Reporting the calls records

·       Updating and collecting the daily / weekly and monthly reports

 

Shipments Follow Up

·       Updating and following up the status of the cargo booking

·       Checking the vessel schedules/ flight schedules

·       Tracking the shipment movement and updating among the customers and internal teams.

 

Documentation Assistances

·       Arranging and helping the shipment documentations in time

·       Billing of lading / commercial invoices / packaging list / Delivery order

·       Checking on the facts of the documents to be accurate

 

Internal Coordination

·       Contacting and performing the operation team / documentation team and sales team

·       Sending the shipment related documentations to the concern teams in time

 

Data Entry and Record Keeping

·       Updating the system or excel for the shipment details

·       Keeping the customers files and the shipment records

·       Amending and helping the daily shipment reports

 

Complaint Handling Supports

·       Accepting the customers complaints and reporting to senior CS.

·       Following up and contacting the concern team if the delay and issue will appear
