Job Description
- Maintain and direct the maize sales operations, as well as the business plans and develop to business operations strategy
- Research and develop market opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's goal.
- Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends for market reports.
- Maintain relationships with important clients, partners and stakeholder, understand their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Stay current in the maize Industry by attending conferences, workshops, and maintain personal and professional networks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in maize sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to think creatively, and develop innovative solutions to solve business challenges
- Fluency in English and Thai languages, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets
- Prowen track record of successful sales & marketing campaigns, and customer satisfaction
- Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
