Job Description

·       Provide pre-sales technical support, including site surveys and assisting in solution preparation, as well as after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and technical issue resolution, for telecom, energy, M&E and ICT projects, particularly telecom power and PV+BESS systems.

·       Lead troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities.

·       Coordinate with customers, field teams, vendors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

·       Manage technical support activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.

·       Prepare technical reports and support customer requirements and service-level commitments.

·       Ensure compliance with safety procedures, technical standards, and company policies.

·       Responsible for pre-project site survey and preparation of survery report and technical solution.

·       Support Marketing Manager for the project tender technical compliance and related matters.
