Job Description
· Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
· Monitor, screen, and respond to incoming communications, including calls, emails, and mail
· Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
· Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls.
· File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
· Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
· Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
· Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients and partners.
Job Requirements
· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in familiar with administration tasks and corporate culture
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese Language
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· High level of discretion and confidentiality
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
