Job Description
· Lead the M&E engineering design and implementation for projects, ensuring technical and operational excellence.
· Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, fire protection, and electrical distribution.
· Develop detailed engineering plans and specifications in line with project requirements.
· Ensure that all designs and installations comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards.
· Prepare budgets, project schedules, and resource allocation plans.
· Perform troubleshooting and provide solutions to technical issues related to M&E systems.
· Supervise junior engineers and provide mentorship and training.
· Prepare regular project reports, technical documentation, and presentations for management.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in M&E engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
· In-depth knowledge of M&E design, systems, and standards.
· Familiar with M&E codes, regulations, and best practices.
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Detail-oriented and highly organized.
