· Oversee daily operations of the sugar processing plant, including milling, boiling, and packaging

· Develop and implement production plans to maximize yield and efficiency.

· Manage maintenance schedules for machinery to minimize downtime.

· Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and environmental standards.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.

· Minimum 8 years in a sugar manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

· Strong technical knowledge of sugar processing technology, project management, and crisis resolution.
