·       Planning, coordination, and management of sugarcane transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of cane from collection points and farms to the factory.

·       Transport scheduling, fleet coordination, contractor management, vehicle utilization, cost control, and ensuring safe transportation operations to support continuous factory production.
