Job Description

• Perform account closing process, governing journal entry preparation , data summarization and review of complete accuracy and correctness of account coding and supporting documentation before posting. Ensure monthly accounts are within timeline and fully complaint with Corporate Accounting Instructions.
• Oversee daily accounting operations and take responsibility for accounts payable/ receivable, cash receipts, general ledger and treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, debt activity etc. as required and as directed.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and offer workable and practical recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze and support adequate facts or related information for comment on significant deviation of actual financial results against budget and against forecast.
• Prepare monthly financial reports with supplementary reporting within applicable timeframe
• Prepare suitable, correct and accurate supporting data on worksheets  by co-operation with related sales, logistic, product and Marketing staff to draft rolling Quaterly forecast and Annual budget for review by Management within agreed timeframe.
• Review and verify that monthly statutory reports and related documentation ie., VAT, withholding income tax etc. are fully in compliance with local Revenue Codes and kept in good custody control.
• Supervise subordinates on daily and monthly routine works to accurately prepare reports and completely maintain up-to accounting records in ERP system.
• Support information, requests and reports and also any special assignments or requests from local and Headquarter management.
