Job Description

• Manage and supervise and train Fleet Management Team
• Ensure the Fleet Team is managing properly Office Drivers and Crew Team of Commercial Trucks Simultaneous follow-up on the erformance of Fleet Management, train them to keep good and improve the capacity of this team
• Ensure the respective Fleet Team Member/s is monitoring on attendance and driving behaviors of Office Drivers and Commercial Truck Crew and is providing required pieces of training to them on monthly and quarterly
• Ensure the respective Fleet Team Member/s is fulfilling with required technical capacity and arrange internal/ external specialized training for them based on the requirement Technical
• Develop the SOPS and related guidelines for followings and monitoring the implementation and result achievement
• Operations Workflow and SOP
• Fuel Consumption SOP for most efficient operations Maintenance Budget and SOPs
• Safety Guidelines and SOP
• Analyze data to increase business operational efficiency.
• Manage Vehicle registration Transport Business License, Insurance, etc.,
• Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
• Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
• Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Providing strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
