Job Description

·       Manage the daily operation of a variety of office services to ensure the organization administrative needs

·       Arrangement of office ferry route , office car control and transportation arrangement

·       Performing basic office tasks, such as data entry, answering phones , taking messages , maintaining and updating filing and arranging furniture maintenance and repairs

·       Planning and preparing for office events, such as meeting , conferences and promotional activities

·       Ordering and distributing office supplies

·       Regularly prepare, monitor and make sure invoices

·       Regularly take action on courier services etc

·       Keep stock of company welfare shop and place an order and purchase when necessary

·       Prepare the monthly and weekly report

·       Responsible for other duties are assigned by management

Job Requirements

·       Must be holder of any bachelor degree

·       Age between 20 to 28 years

·       2 years experiences in the administrative field

·       Strong analytical problem solving skills

·       Good communications skills

·       Good interpersonal skills

·       Applicant can use office application such as outlook mail, Microsoft word, excel and power point
