Job Description
· Overseeing the financial strategy and budgeting process of the organization
· Develop, implement, and uphold financial policies, procedures, to ensure operational efficiency and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
· Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation
· Prepare, analyze and ensure timely delivery of financial reports and analytical reviews highlighting trends and variances to present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
· Monitor and manage cash flow planning, optimize fund allocation, and oversee treasury operations including banking relationships and foreign exchange transactions
· Manage tax planning, compliance, and statutory audit processes, liaising with tax authorities and auditors
· Oversee expenses, revenue reporting, commercial tax filings, and overseas payment transfers
· Manage risk through regular audits and implement effective risk management systems
· Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth
· Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by management and the Board of Directors
· Collaborate with management to make critical business decisions
· Liaise with other departments to support financial decision-making and business operations.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field MBA or professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred
· Minimum 5-8 years of management-level experience in financial accounting or related areas, preferably with experience in an manufacturing industries
· In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles (IFRS), tax laws , financial risk management and corporate finance
· Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
· Ability to strategize and solve problems
· Leadership experience and ability to manage teams as well as organizational skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft office
