Job Description

• Bachelor and/or Master degree in Business/ Marketing or comparable
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in solution selling and business development within the same industry
• Experience in managing a high performance Sales team
• MBA in Sales and Marketing or Business Management is desired
• Excellent leadership and decision making skills
• Good negotiation and communication skills in both Myanmar and English
• In depth understanding of sales analyst, sales forecasting and distribution
• In depth knowledge in market research and consumer/market behavior
• Able to formulate effective Sales strategy, planning, execution and reporting
• Ability to work under pressure
