Job Responsibilities

- Prepared petty cash transactions, credit, and debit vouchers.

- Prepared the month end journal transactions, current account journal and recorded the software.

- Preparation of Trial, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

- Recorded the fish feeds each firm daily. Calculation of the fish feed per unit cost and monthly inventory closing.

- Raw materials: investigate the price of the fish feeds and purchased raw materials for fish feed and manufacture process.

- Have to go Ministry of Fisher monthly to check fish quality of farm.

- Applying for the fish farm license for Pantanaw and Maupin.

- Request to the GM and Director for the direct farm expenses.

- Have to go fish farm regular process (such as monthly Salary payment for worker)

- Calculation of the diesel usage and engine oil usage of M2 and SML, Calculation of the fish farm.

- Inspection of the Fish’s Weight For each Fish Farm Monthly.

- Manage and plan for the organic fruit and vegetable sales of the fish farm.

- All of report sends to Sub unit CA and Head office Accounting department & related department & MD.

Job Requirements

- Must have Accounting Software like as ERP or Local Software and Advanced Microsoft office - word, excel, email.

- BCOM, DA (LCCI-Level 3) is preferable.

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Senior Account position. (Farm experiences are preferable).

- Must be honest and due Diligence.

- Good personality, hardworking and positive thinking.

- Ability to be adaptable to change when necessary organizational and operational needs.

- Salary Package depends on experience.
