Job Description
- Recruit, hire, train a team of automotive salespeople
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team
- Coaching, training for closing more deals and guidance to improve sales performance
- Develop and manage to retain customers and find new prospective sales
- Maintain the satisfaction of all customers
- Reports for dealership management to review
Job Responsibilities
- Any bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 5 years of experience in automobile sales role at a dealership
- Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
- Strong communication skills, Leadership & Communication Skill
- Inventory control and management
- Willing to travel and must stay in Monywa and Magway.
