Job Description
v Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
v Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
v Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
v Monitor supplier performance and implement risk mitigation strategies.
v To liaise with shipping line and logistic service provider for timely delivery of good for both import and export
v Have to maintain good relationship and liaise with Ministry of Commerce, Custom department and Myanmar Port Authority
v To make sure all documentation process are in place for import/export and establish a system to track and monitor the accuracy of the documentation
v Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance.
v Oversee procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.

v Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and internal stakeholders.
v Implement inventory control strategies to balance stock levels and minimize excess or shortages.
v Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to align demand planning with business forecasts.
v Utilize data analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory turnover.
v Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., customs, trade laws, safety standards).
v Develop contingency plans to maintain business continuity.
v Leverage supply chain technologies (ERP, WMS, TMS) to enhance visibility and automation.
Job Requirements
v Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, procurement, supply chain management, business management, or a relevant field. Master’s degree preferred.
v 10+ years diversified and progressive work experience in procurement, order fulfillment, logistics, and/or supply chain systems with multiple international donors in multinational environments.
v 10+ years in dealing with import/export documents and custom clearance process
v Strong leadership and proven ability to recruit, direct, train, and manage teams of personnel.
v Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and continuous improvement efforts.
v Ability to manage multiple priorities within deadline and prioritize effectively, while delivering high quality work.
v Experience with ERP or procurement/supply chain management software.
v Willingness and availability to travel and perform other duties as needed.
