Job Description

·       To support Sr.HR Manager for workforce planning of Ygn Trading

·       To support and involve in the whole R & S and on boarding process

·       Conduct in Orientation Program

·       Lead to collect and compile updated JD & JS of all departments

·       To lead in PA process and support in HR KPI set up

·       To monitor and prepare for salary review, increment and promotion, demotion, transfer etc.

·       To monitor and prepare payroll, OT, SSB & tax calculation

·       To benchmark with the other organizations’ pay & benefits and to compare and review for reliable pay for our organization and prepare pay structure

·       To support in developing of the planning for employee retention, career development and succession plan

·       To assist to develop the HR policies, procedures and COC to align with Legislation

·       Prepare EC and submission in timely manner to Labor office

·       To conduct and assist exit interview process to Sr.HR manager

·       To support in preparation of HR budget and monitor and control departmental expenses by monthly basis based on budget and actual expense variances

·       Take the feedback from employees and maintain good relationship between superior and employee

·       To support in developing of the planning for employee retention, career development and succession plan

Job Requirements

·       Education: Bachelor or Dip in HR Professional, Business administration.

·       Experience: At least 7 years in human resource field and experience in managerial role is more preferred

·       Strong knowledge in labor law and well experiences in R & S, ER.

·       Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.

·       Good analytical and problem-solving skills and can work at tight deadline and under pressure.

·       Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office

·       Experiences in HRIS is preferred
