Job Description

·       Proactively monitor system performance using appropriate tools, resolving any hardware, software, or network related issues to minimize downtime.

·       Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, storage, and other critical systems to ensure stability, security, and optimal performance.

·       Provide support to IT team members and departments in resolving complex technical issues.

·       Generate reports on system performance, backups, and security audits, providing actionable insights to management

·       Participate in implementation of ISMS Activities

·       Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, Processes and Procedure

·       Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for technical support, upgrades, and troubleshooting

·       Ensure system efficiency by generating reports on uptime, performance, and security compliance
