Job Responsibilities

 To develop and maintain configuration of applications and related documents

 Apply and monitor IT Governance policies, procedures, and standards

 To manage AMS team and support according to business requirement

 To measure, define, report, and monitor services and services process performance not

only to own team but also for vendors

 To support the project life cycle of new solutions

 To manage and maintain business applications with minimum downtime

 To manage database administration for the applications related

 Able to communicate, manage and deliver requirement with oversea and local vendors

 To engage with all the required stakeholders and get better business understanding

 Making recommendations to enhance existing system and application

Job Requirements

 Minimum IT related bachelor’s degree holder

 5 Years’ experience in technical and 2 years’ experience in mid - level management skill

 Well experience with Retail POS, Retail ERP, SAP, and Warehouse Management System

 Well experience with Windows Server, Linux / SUSE fundamental

 Strong experience with MS SQL, Oracle 12c / 19 c, SAP HANA (Prefer), MIT V5, MIT V6

 Good interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.

 Well organised and able to prioritise workload over urgent vs important

 Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

 Business communication level of English language skill

 Experience with minimum 5 team members leadership skill
