Job Description

v  Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation (Japanese-Myanmar-English as needed) during meetings, factory operations, training sessions, and daily communication.

v  Act as a liaison between Japanese expatriates (approx. 10 persons) and local staff to ensure clear understanding during the factory set-up process.

v  Translate technical documents, SOPs, manuals, blueprints, engineering reports, and construction terms from Japanese to Burmese/English and vice versa.

v  Support in daily communication in areas such as production setup, quality control, equipment installation, and safety instructions.

v  Coordinate and assist with on-site logistics or administrative tasks for Japanese staff if required.

v  Take meeting minutes and ensure all important information is correctly conveyed.

v  Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company information.

v  Collaborate with the HR, Engineering, and Production departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with Japanese management.
