Job Description
· Monitor and survey new projects, tenders, and business opportunities in the Electrical
· Engineering / Power System industry.
· Collect and analyze Private Project information from government, EPC contractors, developers, consultants, industrial zones, factories, and utilities (MEPE/YESC/MESC).
· Conduct data gathering and preliminary assessment of project scope, requirements, timeline, and budget.
· Prepare and share accurate project information and reports with internal Sales & Engineering teams.
· Perform market survey on competitors, pricing trends, technologies, and market movements
· Maintain and update customer lists, contact persons, potential leads, tender calendars, and project pipelines.
· Perform daily monitoring of external websites, industry pages, tender portals, and social media groups for new opportunities.
· Support the Business Development team in initial customer approach and coordination.
· Assist in downloading, organizing, and filing tender documents and preparing screening
Job Requirements
· Educational background in Engineering (BE/B Tech/AGTI – EP/EC) Electrical major
preferred.
· Basic understanding of industrial electrical products, substations, EPC business, or project workflows.
· Strong skills in project research, tender sourcing, and information analysis.
· Good communication and report-writing skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Interested in market trends, technology updates, and industry development.
· Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well within a team.
· Strong internal relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with
· Sales, Engineering, and Management teams
