·       Inquiry quotation from local supplier for Motor, Variable Frequency, Online UPS and Solar System

·       Discussion design and quotation with project engineer and local supplier

·       Preparing BOM and quotation for Online UPS and Solar System

·       Preparing Contract for Online UPS and Solar System

·       Preparing design for Solar System

·       Submitting purchase request by SAP software

·       Preparing BOM, sales quotation, material transfer request to Logistic Department and materials issue by SAP software

·       Arrangement to transfer materials from store to panel supplier or sit

·       Reporting daily report to manager
