Job Description
· Managing and supervising service projects, maintenance, and implementation of automation systems and control solutions
· Provides advanced technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team on complex automation challenges
· Ensuring compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations
· Collaborating with clients to understand their automation needs and propose innovative solutions is key
· Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management, conduct thorough site inspection
· Prepare detailed technical reports, and contribute significantly to the training and professional development of service engineers in automation technologies
Job Requirements
· A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field with a specialization in Automation or Control Systems is required.
· A minimum of 6 years of experience in the service, maintenance, programming, or project management of industrial automation systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, DCS, Robotics) is mandatory. Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the automation sector is required.
· In-depth technical knowledge of various industria automation platforms, including PLCs, SCADA systems, DCS, and robotics, is essential.
· Strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are required. Proficiency in automation software, programming languages, and diagnostic tools, along with an unwavering commitment to safety standards, is necessary.
