Job Description

· Project Cost Control & Budgeting : To develop, monitor, and enforce project budgets, cost breakdown structures (CBS), and cash flow forecasts across active sites.

· Financial Reporting & Analysis: To prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management accounts, variance analysis, and executive summaries for leadership.

· Cash Flow & Treasury Management: To manage project-level cash flow, liquidity planning, working capital requirements, vendor payments, and subcontractor drawdown schedules.

· Contract & Valuation Review: To work closely with project management, quantity surveyors (QS), and engineering teams to review progress billings, retention money, change orders, and sub-contractor applications for payment.

· Compliance & Tax Management: To ensure full compliance with local corporate tax regulations, statutory audits, reporting standards, and financial governance protocols.

· Bilingual Workflows & Document Control: Oversee structured document archiving, audit trails, SOP enforcement, and financial record-keeping across all operational business units.
