Job Description

· Directly supervise daily construction activities at the site and ensure compliance with standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.

· High-value raw materials must be systematically selected and handled, and their installation supervised.

· Particular attention must be paid to supervising the precise installation of teak flooring, wall paneling, and architectural joinery.

· Managing the workforce, controlling raw material delivery schedules, and regularly reporting progress updates to the management team.

· To immediately resolve engineering or logistical challenges arising in the workplace without causing waste.

Job Requirements

· Must have at least 3 to 5 years of direct supervisory experience at high-end residential construction sites.

· Raw Material Expertise: Must possess practical expertise in working with natural hardwood (Teak).

· A solid understanding of wood properties, moisture content control, joinery tolerances, and handling techniques for finished products—to prevent warping or deformation—is required.

· Must hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field (preference given to holders of R.E. or A.E. certification)

· Ability to resolve issues quickly, capability to effectively lead on-site personnel; and a commitment to strictly maintaining standards by refusing to accept substandard workmanship.
