Job Description
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
· Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
· Partner with department heads to understand current and future hiring requirements.
· Forecast recruitment needs and establish workforce planning initiatives.
· Monitor recruitment trends and recommend best practices.
Talent Sourcing & Hiring
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking events, referrals, and headhunting activities.
· Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
· Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
· Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring managers.
Employer Branding
· Develop and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
· Manage recruitment marketing campaigns and social media presence.
· Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and university partnerships.
Stakeholder Management
· Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions.
· Provide recruitment updates and market insights to management.
· Train and support interviewers on effective selection techniques
Recruitment Operations & Compliance
· Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
· Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
· Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
· Develop and monitor recruitment KPIs and reporting metrics.
Team Leadership
· Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
· Set performance objectives and monitor team productivity.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree with Diploma in Human Resources
· Minimum 5–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
· Experience in corporate recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
· Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection methodologies
· Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
· Data-driven mindset with analytical and reporting capabilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
