Job Description

·       Verifying that all on-site activities comply with established architectural and reinforced concrete designs as well as project specifications

·       Conducting necessary quality inspections prior to concrete pouring, rough installation of electrical and piping systems, wall enclosure, and finishing works.

·       Inspecting the quality of raw materials upon arrival at the work site prior to installation (e.g., checking wood moisture content, and verifying the quality of stone slabs and specifications for steel bars/rods)

·       Systematically verifying precision and adherence to standards during parquet flooring, stone flooring, and carpentry/finishing works.

·       Directly supervise and monitor the daily activities of general workers, skilled workers, and specialized subcontractors on-site

·       -Ensure the accurate execution of site surveying, layout, and setting-out works in accordance with the drawings.

·       Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety and housekeeping regulations.

·       Accurately recording daily workforce, material deliveries, machinery usage, and weather conditions in the Daily Site Log; preparing and submitting weekly progress reports accompanied by photo and video documentation; and measuring the volume of work completed by subcontractors while verifying material inventories

·       Documenting quality deficiencies and following up until the necessary corrective actions are completed.
