Job Description

- Review correspondences or submission to government departments or regulatory authorities to ensure accuracy information

-Translate documents from Burmese to English or vice versa; participate in meetings to act as interpreter and for notes taking

- Gives update to the management and business on local laws, regulations and administrative measures relevant to foreign investment and our business

-Assist business units to formulate internal regulatory policies to ensure compliance with local laws

- Research, analyze and advise the management and business units on legal and regulatory issues

- Manage external legal counsels in handling transactions,claims or other legal matters

- Draft, review and advise on agreements, notices or other legal related matters

- Administer tilings with DICA and renewal oi local business licenses

- Handle other essential jobs related to legal and compliances.
