Job Description

·       Must be issuing FG invoices for overseas exports and receiving RAW material invoices for overseas imports weekly.

·       Must be sorting, analyzing, and rearranging the BOM data for reports and other purposes.

·       Apply BOM, Master/Material List, Repair & Return, Re-exportation and DO approval via TSEZ portal.

·       Apply Product Registration Card via onlineco.myanmartradenet.com

·       Must be able to in/out the government office (TGL Customs, TSMC) to deals with the logistics issues.

·       For the monthly report, record the prices of raw materials and products by period.

·       Daily monitoring the status of shipments and making sure they arrive in time for production.

·       Manage the packing material inventories and place new orders to prevent stockouts.

·       Must be billing the supplier invoices to the finance department

·       Must have good relationships with suppliers and be aware of their inventory status.

·       Must be able to cooperate with forwarder to facilitate shipments.

·       Report the shipment data to management and finance on a monthly basis.

·       Must assist the senior management for work instruction requests.

·       Must assist with additional duties assigned by job requirements occasionally.
