Job Requirements

·       BE (Mechanical) or Electrical Engineering and other relevant certificates

·       Able to work overseas if required

·       Fluent in English communication (Chinese language skill is preferred)

·       Age under 35 years

·       Minimum (5) years of progressive experience in Manufacturing/Production within FMCG industries

·       Experience in Purified Drinking Water industry is preferred

·       Strong knowledge of factory management systems including production and manpower management

·       Experience with HACCP, FSSC, ISO, GMP, 5S and TQM system

·       Strong leadership, supervisory and team building skills

·       Good production planning, scheduling and controlling skill

·       Good communication, management, negotiation and problem-solving skills ▸ Strong knowledge of Myanmar Factory Act, policies and procedures

·       Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

·       More preferred live in Hmawbi, Htauk Kyant, Mingalardon Township
