Job Description

·       Develop and follow annual activity plans based on the company’s global policy, ASEAN policy, and site policy

·       Prepare monthly reports (execution plans, equipment investment plans) and report to relevant stakeholders, group companies, and parent company after content review.

·       Collaborate with AEAN group companies to reflect improvement content in your own processes.

·       Implement equipment maintenance activities and monitor and control production costs, including manufacturing costs.

·       Address and rectify issues/ problems raised by employees.

·       Manage business workloads and the required number of personnel to achieve business leveling.

·       Identify weaknesses in your department and strengthen processes to reduce costs.

·       Create and implement technical strategic plans.

·       Take responsibilities for advancing your own and the group’s work, control progress towards strict deadlines and reliable achievement of results.

·       Adhere to compliance/ legal regulations and provide guidance to employees.

·       Educate employees using experience and management skills gained from working in Japanese companies.

·       Be able to travel abroad.
