Job Description

 

• BE (Mechanical) or Electrical, and other relevant Certificate.
• Mature Candidate (Under 35 years)
• At least (5l years of progressive experience as Manufactunng/Production in FMCG
• Industrial Fields, Preferred Purified Drinking Water experiences related fields.
• Strong knowledge of factory management system including; production, manpower etc.
• Experience wth HACCP FSSC, ISO. GMP. 5S. TQM System.
• Strong organizational, supervisory and team building skills.
• Demonstrates ability to gam co-workers respect while motivating production workers and supervisor.             
• Hands on knowledge of efficient production scheduling and controlling.
• Proven ability in developing standards managing processes, inventory control, reporting
• skills, analyzing nformation equipment maintenance and good judgment
• Have good communication, managing, organizing, negotiation, Collaboration and problem solving skill
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar Factory Art, policy procedure and rules
• Ability to priorities and work well under pressure
• Good communication in English, Preferred Chinese Language.
