Job Description

Financial Planning & Reporting

·       Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and executive presentations.

·       Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational plans.

·       Perform in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.

·       Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making.

 

Supply Chain Analysis

·       Analyze supply chain costs including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.

·       Working closely with supply chain teams to evaluate cost-saving opportunities and assess the financial impact of operational changes.

 

Commercial Analysis

·       Evaluate sales performance and customer profitability across channels and regions.

·       Collaborate with commercial teams to assess market trends, promotional effectiveness, and margin optimization.

·       Provide financial support for new product launches, business cases, and strategic initiatives.

·       Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.

 

Production and Costing Analysis

·       Analyze production costs, yields, and efficiency metrics for each SKU to identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement.

·       Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to assess the financial impact of production changes.

·       Monitor key production KPIs such as downtime, and waste, and support cost- reduction initiatives.

 

Data & Systems

·       Oversee data collection, validation, and integration from multiple departments for reporting and analysis.

·       Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools for real-time business insights.

·       Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.

·       Communicate identified control deficiencies to management effectively

·       Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines

·       Good attitude and able to accept feedback for improvements.

 

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor in business management, Finance and Accounting Field (Master degree is preferable), CPA / ACCA Graduate

·       Above 8 years of experience in a related field.

·       Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.

·       Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial systems such as SAP. Familiarity with BI tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, is a plus.

·       Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.

·       Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and presentation skill

·       Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

·       Exceptional coaching skills, strong decision making and action planning skills.

·       Professional, mature and able to focus and guide employees to ensure appropriate financial processes.

·       Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
