Job Description

·       Manage account payables and receivable activities.

·       Performed the monthly financial closing actions.

·       Monitor and analyses budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective action

·       Prepared and ensured the monthly financial and analytical reports are made on a timely basis for review

·       Reconciled bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned

·       Handling tax provision and tax compliance process

·       Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards and internal policies

·       Assign accounting department and reporting department daily job activity and a proper manage & control day

·       Provide recommendations for cost reduction and process enhancements

·       Collaborate with internal and external auditors as needed.

·       Direct report to Senior management, Head Office and other related (Tax Authority, OSSC, TSMC and Banks)

·       Ensured sufficient quality and accuracy of financial data

·       Supported business by discussing financial results with other departments

·       Meet the group reporting deadlines and increase understanding of new requirements

·       Quality, accuracy, and timeliness of financial recordings

·       Completed ad hoc tasks or projects on assignments.
