Job Responsibilities
- Development and execution of digital strategy and creative content plan/calendar and media buying.
- Working to key performance indicators and increasing relevant conversations.
- Design, build and maintain active social media presence.
- Brainstorm new and innovative digital campaign ideas.
- Collaborating with the designers and management team for strategic plans.
- Using and researching the internet and new media to reach new customers, generate leads and retain existing customers.
- Responsible for day-to-day community management for social media pages.
- Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and
- optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/ analysis, SEO and SEM opportunity.
- Stay up to date with digital media development and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
- Any university or college graduate.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Food/Beverage/Marketing Media Agency/FMCG.
- Good Marketing and Advertising knowledge.
- Skills/ knowledge:
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Must be proficient in social media. (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, Telegram, etc.)
- Good managing successful social media campaigns and a solid understanding of digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in written English and Burmese.
