Job Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of digital strategy and creative content plan/calendar and media buying.
  • Working to key performance indicators and increasing relevant conversations.
  • Design, build and maintain active social media presence.
  • Brainstorm new and innovative digital campaign ideas.
  • Collaborating with the designers and management team for strategic plans.
  • Using and researching the internet and new media to reach new customers, generate leads and retain existing customers.
  • Responsible for day-to-day community management for social media pages.
  • Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and
  • optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/ analysis, SEO and SEM opportunity.
  • Stay up to date with digital media development and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Any university or college graduate.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Food/Beverage/Marketing Media Agency/FMCG.
  • Good Marketing and Advertising knowledge.
  • Skills/ knowledge:
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Must be proficient in social media. (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, Telegram, etc.)
  • Good managing successful social media campaigns and a solid understanding of digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in written English and Burmese.
