Job Description
- Modern Trade Strategy: Create and put into action a thoroughmodern trade strategy that is in line with overall business and sales goals.
- Determine prospects for expansion inside contemporary trade channels and create strategies to take advantage of them.
- Key Account Management: Establish and preserve solid ties with important modern trading partners including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains. Manage contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements through negotiation. Monitoring and ensuring timely product deliveries and service level agreement compliance.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: For the Modern Trade team, establish
- sales goals and KPIs and make sure they are met. To increase
- sales and brand recognition, develop and implement promotional and marketing campaigns. Analyze sales data to find areas for development and improvement.
- Team Leadership: Organize and oversee a group of executives or representatives from the current commerce. Team members should receive coaching, instruction, and performance feedback.
- Market Intelligence: Keep up with changes in consumer tastes, market trends, and competition activity in the Food Mart industry. To create successful sales and marketing strategies, use market knowledge.
Job Requirements
Education
Any Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in modern trade management or related roles in the FMCG (Frozen & Chills, etc…)
Skills Required
Strong understanding of the Food Mart segment and modern trade dynamics.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data- driven decisions.
Leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
