Job Description
- Development and execution of marketing strategy and creative plan/calendar & Media buying.
- Evaluate the success of marketing efforts and bring up new ideas to improve brand marketing.
- Working to key performance indicators and increasing relevant conversions.
- Manage and coordinate marketing team.
- Analyze and research up to date market trends and competitors’ information.
- Brainstorm new and innovative campaign ideas (analyzing the digital campaign included).
- Collaborating with the designers and management team for strategic plans (social media).
- Generate leads, new customers and retain existing customers.
- Responsible for daily management with effective strategies.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, integration and evaluation of ,marketing and promotion plans.
- Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behavior and campaign response, etc.
- Stay up to date with market development and emerging opportunities in the market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree holder with proven experience in same industry.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Food Marketing and 3 years of managerial practices.
- Excellent understanding of marketing concepts and digital marketing exposure.
- Experienced in managing successful campaigns (social media included), and knowledge of digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
- Skills and experience to monitor in creative content writing and daily management.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in written English and Burmese.
