Job Description

·       Study MEP drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Scope of Works

·       Prepare quantity take-off in detail measurement and BOQ

·       Estimate project costs and budgets

·       Manage quotation process, evaluate quotation to ensure scope compliance

·       Monitor and control project costs

·       Prepare Works Order, Contract, VO and payment certificate

·       Coordinate with project team, contractors/ suppliers

·       Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by Senior QS and QS Manager
